I’ve actually been considering creating a hybrid with Les Mills Bodypump and some cardio workouts I have from Beachbody.

Since these workouts are challenging, full body workouts I don’t do them every day. I like my workout splits sometimes too but it’s nice to just get the full body done in one session. One of the reasons I love Bodypump so much is because you get a nice full body workout all at once. The most recent one I tried was Bodypump #89.
